If you are not satisfied with our product, send the product back to us within 10 days to the below address to be elgible for refund.

If we received the product in unused/ undamaged condition, we will refund you the product cost deducting any shipping charges.
International parcels which are stuck up in customs is customers responsibility. We don’t have any control over the customs charges or customs documentation of each country. You have to clearly communicate with us any customs requirement / documentation prior to order so that we will inform you if we are able to provide you such a document.
If the customs department in your country blocks a parcel or destroys it, we cannot be held responsible for the same. We would not be able to refund the amount for such parcels as we have shipped the product and also paid the shipping fee for you.
If you don’t like the product, you can return the parcel and get your money back. Make sure you don’t use the product or damage it and pack it safely so that it reaches us safely. You have to send the return tracking number to our email care@aaruvita.com within 48 hours of delivery to be elgible for refund. Make sure your shipment is prepaid, we won’t pay for the parcel shipping.
